Not again!!!

My back is all haywire again!! I was doing so good too! I thought I was on my way to recovering!! All I did was bend forward yesterday and BAM! I got hit with tremendous pain in the lower back that wrapped all the way around into my stomach. Oh it hurts so bad again. I can hardly move. My hubby had to dress me this morning. Thank Goddess I have him and Walking Stick to get me around!!

Hopefully the chiropractor can get me snapped back into place today. I don't want to be like this for the next 2 weeks and ruin my hubby's vacation!!! This just makes me so mad! I'm too young to be having back problems like this!!!
