out of whack

I went to the chiropractor this morning. Just as I figured, my joints in my lower spine slipped out of place again. He got me all cracked back into place but I'm still in alot of pain. I really didn't need this right now.

Hey, it hurts, but I can still get around, I can still feel my legs- it didn't pinch off a nerve this time. And I have my hubby to spoi ....uh, I mean take care of me. ;-) I love you honey!!

He's at a sports meeting down at school right now with our boys. I was going to go but I don't know how long I'd have to sit there and I can't sit for more than a few minutes at a time right now with all this pain. This really sucks!!

I think I'll go for a walk down the bike trail.
